Marius Dohne from South Africa took top honors at the Tampa Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championships with a unamious vote. He worked with George Farah for his contest prep this time. Has George become the new king of the contest prep gurus? Marius looked good and relegated Hidetada to second who was slightly off his game. Frank McGrath took third and Mark Dugdale was fourth. Marcus Haley was noticeably disappointed with his 5th place finish.

Jason Huh missed the top five again. He has a ton of muscle but yet to come in sharp as a pro.

I like this guy A LOT! Listened to his interview with Shawn Ray, and I really like the guy. He can and will be a force soon.

Thought it was cool that he mentioned Dorian Shawn and Levrone as his biggest motivators when he started lifting, same for me. Brought back a shitload of memories. Guys used to train hard, the three mentioned used to bust their asses and showed quality physiques unmatched today. Times are a changing, Mcmillan Curry Dohne Wolf Kuclo Huh, lot of potential coming up through the ranks. Bodybuilding has it's best years ahead of it, not behind it.

I thought the interview with Sean Rey to be pretty interesting:

1_ He not in so many words claimed that Palumbo seriously impaired his health previously and that he had a health scare before he started working with George Farah.

2_ Farah is clearly the best "guru" out there right now. Warren, Greene, now this guy...
