Mike Juliano, the winner of the second MuscleMeds “Train with Kai Greene” contest, digs deep in order to keep up with the two time Arnold Classic champion and Mr. Olympia contender.

In this video Kai takes Mike through an intense shoulder and upper back training session, tweaks his form and emphasizes once again the all important mind/muscle connection.

Wesome vid, but if dude is doing this to be one step ahead of the bad guys, there are a ton of dudes who are waaay better shape than him...he might want to do a lot of cardio as well...

Wesome vid, but if dude is doing this to be one step ahead of the bad guys, there are a ton of dudes who are waaay better shape than him...he might want to do a lot of cardio as well...

again pupils from around the world and americana! it is important for you to understand that no matter how suitable and theraputic kai voice is....it all comes to the hormones in the blood,, you have to remember this ,, no muscle conection balonie,, no specific holdings of the bars... you do what suits YOUR body best ,,if its holding bar closer then you will hold it closer and should hold it closer,, you work with decent form that is all that matter,,

the core of the essense here is DRUGS,, and this is the only! reason kai is where he is ,, the drugs ,,the legit drugs! and the ability to sustain those legit drugs,, he still didnt get to a point where he can talk about how great he is when he walk around with waist like he has... it is not arnold that could sell this balonie eventhough even arnold didnt try too hard,,

a bodybuild first and formost need to know its ALL in the hormones ,, no ifs and no buts!,,

this is importanto lesson for pupils around the world,,

first and formost you need LEGIT HORMONES,, IF YOU CAN NOT HAVE THOSE LEGIT HORMONES YOU HAVE ABSOLITLY NO REASON TO STEP INTO A GYM INORDER TO BECOME A BODYBUILDR,,read this last sentence over and over because i mean every word i say ,,

if you do not have legit hormones in the blood ....you can walk in the gym day in day out hours on hours do everything right and mr kai green would be sitting 185lb 6% ! in a good day!

by the way he knows it,, the problem is YOU NEED TO KNOW IT!

dont let thsoe stupid documantry balonie take even 1 second into your bodybuild thought process ,, because you will be stuck and never get anywhere!,, bodybuild = hormones...advance bodybuild = LOTS OF HORMONES,, and in all cases advance bodybuild = NO TIME OFF FROM THOSE HORMONES!

i dont tel where,, i am here to tell the truth and nothing but the truth inregarding bodybuild and fitnes modeling,, i am here to make sure very pupil around the world know that fitness model are all drugs just like bodybuildrs...its all one in the same only diff weight clases.... im here to make you understand that insted of running your mama and papa money on useless suplemtns you should look twards the right direction that is called hormones IF you look to be a bodybuilder...or to look like one,,because even if you dont want to compete...inorder to LOOK like bodybuildr you wil need to do exactly same thing a fitness model does and a bodybuildr does...

For anyone, anywhere, any time, training for anything, the principles Kai teaches here are sound and will help you get closer to your goals by having a more effective workout. That's all this video is about.

I am not trying to "fool" anyone into thinking that competitive bodybuilding can be done without chemistry. This is an EXERCISE video, pure and simple.

Kay is very knowledgeable trainer and know how to push the intensity on his trainee.
No wonder he dumped Charles Glass after only 2 weeks of training together, Kay does a better and more intense training session by himself than any of Charles Glass workout session!

Maybe just maybe he may be working out like a monster just for the camera.  Maybe he just strolls around the gym doing headstands all over the place and climbing on equipment.  I used to believe in this myth called Kai Greene and bodybuilding.

Mr. gh15 has tore my old beliefs about what bodybuilding is with the truth.  I used to love the idea of working out for hours and pushing your muscles to the threshold of exhaustion and pulling out just another rep.  I used to love the idea of eating a 60/30/10 protein/fats/carbs diet.  I loved the idea that drugs weren't that much of a factor and only a little bit was needed; and that most results were because of determination, hard work, rest, food and mental preperation.

Now I've realized that I lived a lie for over one decade.  All bodybuilding is several injections a week and handful of pills everyday ( and not just vitamins).  I used to watch w/awe these bodybuilders trying to learn the newest exercise or the neatest way to grab the bar or twist to a regular of lifting and their preaching on all the hard work it takes 24 hours a day all year round.  I'm mad and I'm not gonna' take it anymore!!!

Superset of pullups to dips? Then upright rows on a machine to pulley rows for traps what the fuck kind of workout was that???

I love Kai, and feel he is a legit contender for the O, but damn that was some weak shit IMO...

only thing one need do is take few tablets of legit anadrola to understand that none of us is going aroudn the gym like monkey for hours,,anyone on anadrola know that after 8-10 sets you are pumped to the max and look like you been trained for 3 hours,, its all in the hormones you take not in the duration you train ,, no one on high doses anadrola can even last long in the gym ,,we come lift heavy and leave ,,and ofcourse when you feel pumped ,,high ,, full and thick you just nto able to last much duration wize,,, you can do it if you had a gun attached to your head but will you do it as a bodybuilder trying to improve? ummm no,,this is where magazine balonie come in and reailty goes out,, i just reversed it

Welcome to the club. I still believe that hard training is good for the body, as long as it is not over done. It gets you in good shape and physical condition. But after some point, one that comes rather quickly, no training protocol or diet is going to do much to increase muscle mass. I use to load my dumbbells, back in the days when they had adjustable ones, so that one side was heavier than the other. For example, a 30lb dumbbell would have a 10lb plate on one side and 20lbs on the other. This was to increase "stimulation" when supinating the forearm while doing curls. I think it does hit the bis harder but as far as making them grow, not really.

You weren't living a lie you were living being lied to just as I was and countless others. I wish I could go back to when I was 12 years old when I first began formal weight training.
