the reason fellas say 1 iu = 10 etc is becaue they get bunk chinese crap they get 4 iu passed as 10 iu ,,and they get low purity gh powder and some times even if the gh is high purity the travel and condition cuts his purity to 60% .... you neeed good source,, if legit gh from good source then 1 iu = 1 iu always !
