5-8 full sugar ginger ales per day
64 ounces of fruit juices

the key to the sodas is that they dont instigate gastric emptying "taking a shit" like when you drink a ton of all natural fruitjuices youll have to take a shit. the good kind of soda like ginger ale doesnt have this explosive shitting effect but rather keeps the calories in you and provide great refreshment and energy

i also like my corn chex  as a carb source im thinking of eating chex with some doritos for a nice taste

basically im trying to acheive superior energy so i can use ENERGY to burn FAT rather than a caloric reduction to burn fat. Make sense?

its kinda like those spring loaded toy box cars... the stronger the spring (more energy stored) the more likely you car will cross that finish line (epic decent lean with size)...

im a firm beleiver sugar in this form actually prevents one from going diabetic and having pancreatic cancer

i notice alot of smokers get pancreatic cancer because when they smoke there body releases blood fats "insulin" but without the sugar this causes the inbalance thus the cancer to take the effect and rid of the inferior genetic type  :'(

Wow sounds awesome. I prefer cheesy poofs as my carb source. Everyones different though.
