Must be even more confronting for bodybuilders....when did you became aware that you wasn't a spring chicken anymore?
For me it was when hot young girl behind the counter started calling me "sir"......
Grace Slick is not even trying.

Take care of yourself through diet and exercise, drink/drugs in moderation, stay out of the sun, get proper rest and maintain an optimistic outlook on life.

No excuse for people to look like shit as they age, except for those prone to laziness and self-indulgence. Referring to, of course, 99.999% of the population.

Oh yeah....

LOL!

How old are you?

Toots' the man. I talked to him once, such a great guy. Music from my quote-movie is great too.

How old are you?

A hair shy of 44. I pass for mid-late 20's easily, which I directly attribute to living a healthy lifestyle.

Nope. Happens all the time.

Don't do gear btw, it ages you quickly.  ;D

The people that gave me life also appear decades younger than they actually are, so obviously it's a genetic thing as well in my case.

These guys have experperienced more in 1 year that most of us will in our whole lives.  They can all die today and have truly LIVED life to the max.  Fucked thousanfs of models, took pounds of drugs, drank 100's of gallons of booze and just live it up.
That supposed to be enjoyable?

Lemmy has been consistently giving father time the finger, he' still as ugly as the day he was born and doesn't give a fuck.

He even looks better than James Hetfield:

The only difference in Lemmy is that his big ass growth just keeps getting bigger.

You gotta appreciate that.
