I'm sure you're a strong guy and all but if you're doing "flies" with 100-lb DBs you're probably not actually doing a fly.

I think you should always mix it up.Go all out on days you feel great,and on other days stop just shy of failure or leave a little in the tank so you can go heavier on each set such as you did here.At any rate,damned impressive bud!
Shit,I use the 75`s in good form at times at a bodyweight of 176.Only 5-6 reps but the form is almost textbook.
if he's pressing 145 with ease he's flying with 100's no problem.... i do wonder about some people on here!
