havent been working out either but lost considerable amount of weight.basically have oatmeal in 1% milk with some agave syrupduring the day chex cereal with no milk and or just some fritos with ketchup, maybe doritos next timesoda or 2 during the dayprobably 64 ounces of juice in a day(not steroids)rice and beans for dinnermaybe a snak of peanutbutter crackersplenty of waterim thinking about making a new album in celebration the return of a few posters here on getbig

its good if you like to lift weights but i dont have time for working out. normal standing and pushing a lawmower keeps the muscle
