About a month ago I started adding Malto to my before and after training shakes. Before training, I usually had a can of tuna and a protein shake and after training; I would have a protein shake and then eat a meal about an hour after that.

With adding malto before training my training intensity has gone up and I'm having more energy and better pumps.

Adding malto right after training, my recovery has increased two folds and my pump seems to last forever.

The weird thing is after adding Malto I've started leaning out and leaning out faster than without it. I only use the malto on the days I train and that's 4 days a week and I haven't changed my workouts.

I know my training intensity has increased but not enough to warrant how much I'm leaning out.

I was wonder if anyone else has experienced this after adding Malto or Waxy Maze? I was thinking just using it on training days is a form of carb cycling and that has caused my body to become a better fat burning machine. That's my theory.

Big difference, isn't it ?? Lol. I've been doin' it for years. The " pump " postworkout is ALWAYS good with malto. ;)

Yeah, I never thought it would be that big of a difference. I figured the carbs I eat with my post exercise meal was good enough. Boy was I wrong.
