I agree with you. At first I thought it was all totally legit but after watching all of the vids I think it's semi-legit. Some of the fights seem really staged and some seem more brutal. A lot of it is hyped up Jackass style with soundtrack, screaming psychos stomping around the place. In most of them they're fighting and getting hurt but it's nowhere near the level it's portrayed as.

The biting is fucked-up.
