Heading for cape may for 5 days i have a nice 2 beadroom condo 1 block from the beach. Wife and 2 boys are stoked going to a water park in pa for 3 days.

cant wait leaving sat morning 7am...have a good 4th getbig bros.

Enjoying balance time and resting your mind is important, as well as spending time with the family, or just having fun.

We went to Denver last weekend on vacation with the family.  Off to Las Vegas today for the UFC fights and some fun with some good friends with the family.   But back to Muscle Beach on Monday for the event, and fireworks in Thousand Oaks with the family Monday evening.

Gotta enjoy!
