Still unknown. Cayenne pepper can help with the digestive tract. I'm also hearing many people who have taken Accutane are having colitis type symptoms.

...I've heard that a lot of the problems with colitis are emotional issues and there effects on the digestive system. Used to train a stripper who had it.

Mike Francois wins the muscularity round. Also, he's harder so that helps his cause.

If it came down to a symmetry round, no contest - MF is far more symmetrical, proportional, and pleasing to the eye. His legs weren't too big for his torso (unlike BW), his arms were massive (unlike BW), his back was full, complete, and always tight (unlike BW).

Branch does have better pec development. And more complete hamstring development, and better structure to his abdominals. That's about it.

Francois by a country mile.

Too bad that Mike was all fucked up inside at that time. He was already in a lot of pain from his Colitis and whatever else he had. He was shitting blood and had all kinds of nasty physical and mental ailments affecting him when he was competing at that time..

He just wasn't aware of how severe it was and that his career was almost over.

I saw Mike guest pose a few times and win the Arnold Classic. To me, he just didn't seem comfortable in his own skin.

branch destroys him from the waste down. and has an obviously thicker back. Francois biceps are superior. much more peak. and aesthetics go to Francois, but most of that is determined by genetics anyway.

Largely true, but I wouldn't say Branch's legs destroy Mike's. Francois' wheels were among the very best of his time. And there were some guys with killer legs then (Demayo, El Sonbaty, Dillet, Munzer).
