Bodybuilding and funerals
« on: July 02, 2011, 10:18:17 PM »
Hey guys,

Sad but one of my relatives just passed away. Now I'm supposed to attend the funeral next tuesday, and it's going to take a lot of time, approximately 4-5 hours. What food should I bring with me to prevent myself from going catabolic? How do I keep my musclemass from melting off??  ???

ok, bust out the black fannypack and fill it with protein bars and apples. also, rip the sleeves of your jacket so the bitches can see the hammers.

IDK, sleeveless would be cool, but that would also mean I need to do some pushups every 20 minutes to retain my pump.

That's what toilet cubicles are for.
