Yup yup ! J.J is one the thickest, densest bb'ers I've ever seen this side of the mississippi. So many people are quick to bring up Arnold, Markus, Haney, etc. when it comes to great pecs throughout bb'ing history. I'm always like, " WTF ??? What about J. Jackson ??!! ".



It just goes to show what's been said since the beginning of time ...



you lift heavy ass weights, and you build thick, dense muscle. Here's a prime example of that.

it amazes me that Branch is being credited as having better & thicker pecs than JJ, theres NO way he does. Also in alot of "interviews" Branch seems to state ridiculous Lbages and then says "I got 15 reps, Johnny got about 6".

JJ is far better IMO, closer to the ideal than Branch will ever be.

No they don't.  Just doing different pose.  Compare the actual size of the pec muscle of Toney Freeman and JOJ you will be surprised

I hope some of you walk past JOJ on a street someday...you wont even notice him...he'll be another 5'6" person you walk past like they dont exist...he is small, SMALL EVERYWHERE.  Stop confusing short + lots of steroids to fill short frame with big
