Why is she building up the upperbody...it seems that these women try and be like men with big beast implants---but she has "okay" legs and a flat ass..all she really needs is the squat rack, and lunges, none of he delt and arm work.

It's called a workout...no ne said it was supposed to be amazing.  He's been training longer than you've probably been alive... doesn't need to set the world on fire at this point. his emphasis should be preservation at this point in his career....
