there is a stallone/arnold thread and sly at 62 or so very veiny and lean but overall shape and muscle this guy smokes sly and yes he's younger but aged better to this point.

It's the Koreans who eat dogs (and maybe some of the backwoods farmers in China still). The Japanese are a little more refined than that - they stick to whales.

I respect you but man you gotta let the young guys do this shit. And if you do guestpose, keep the routine down to 60 seconds. Hitting same pose 10 times gets very boring to the audience.
Great shape for your age though.

They invite 2 or 3 guestposers each year,such as IFBB pro or younger top amateurs.
