Anthony began crying when the jury's verdict was read Tuesday after more than 10 hours of deliberations. She hugged her attorney afterward, and a prosecutor shook his head in disbelief. She could have received a death sentence if she had been convicted of first-degree murder.

She was found guilty of lying to investigators. Judge Belvin Perry will sentence her Thursday. She could receive up to a year in jail for each count.

Caylee disappeared in June 2008 and her body was found in woods near her grandparent's home six months later.

Mr. gh15 was right again.  He had previously stated that she would get off because of her background.

She'll be out clubbin' in LA with the beautiful people and doing the talk show circuit making bunches of money. Then, the book and movie rights will get sold. After that she'll piss it all away, start her strip club career to capitalize on her name and then file bankruptcy. Where's our boy John Wayne Bobbitt when we need him?

I'm in the UK but remember hearing about this when she was first arrested, how did she get off considering she lied about where the toddler was, lied and said she was with a fictitious nanny, her car had had a dead human in the trunk, traces of chloroform were found in there, how to make chloroform , breaking necks and death had been google searched on her PC, the bags the toddler was found in matched bags from the house, how did she get off?!

If her parents take her in or help her out in any way .. it just shows they have just as much responsibilty in their grand-daughter's death

If they don't disown her for all the lies alone .. they in effect admit they have permitted her to become the psychopath she is
