Yeah, but they use fake blunted knive and fake guns...


What should be done, is you go to some seedy place, make it known you have "a lot of money" and be flashy with it and rolexes and such...go outside, and put oneself in a situation to be robbed or mugged, try said techniques...you get shot or killed, the technique didn't work, you didn't get shot, it worked. Simple, tried and true, and "street tested", of course one must do this multiple times to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke.

Did you not listen to him? Its all about Incraesing your chances of survival of a situation like that arises. Grabbing the gun while stepping to the side like he showed you Will work if you get the chance and do it correctly. Does that mean it will work every time? does that mean you should to it when getting robbed? Does that mean the average joe will be able to? no
Will it increse the chances if you're survival if you're sure you will get shot? Yes.

And Im pretty sure he has done this alot of times. in real life.
