whatever i want, had 8 eggs for breakfast this morning, with some Turkey and a piece of Swiss thrown in the pan.
Lunch was two cans of tuna and some mayo on a wrap
Dinner i had a chicken dish at a restaurant, a whole breast with honey mustard over it, with diced potatoes, onions and red and green peppers ...mixed it all together and that was good eating.
just ate a bowl a of soup
