and stronger than coleman and arnie...

Like I said a million times before....there are a lot with world class strength out there, just because you've never heard of them or are not in record books, doesn't mean they don't exist.

i remembered when i first started training.. i saw an old guy wide as hell bench six plates each side on the bench
when i mentiond it here .... everyone was like bullshit etc etc
people on here are really childish... on 5% probably even train
