Its because I am not a kunt.

Tons of doormen over here beat people up week in week out why would I do the same when I can get the job done by using my mouth 99% of the time?

Also you are saying that the cop only done that because the guy was handcuffed, the cop had a gun and because he knew this and thought he would act a bully?

Thing is they guy in the video will prob get a large payout and be glad the cop done it.

Saw this article somewhere else. That cop is doing 18 months in prison for that attack. You can't hit a guy multiple times when they have their hands cuffed behind their back.

18 months in prison!? How is that justified? Yea, he should lose his badge but do time for punching someone who wasn't even hurt after? Come on

totally deserved. While it wasn't right, that guy was asking for it. I've seen people pepper sprayed for kicking the windows and that's a hell of a lot worse than a couple light shots in the face.

I don't think punching someone is right/wrong based on the level of bruises that are produced. It's just as wrong for me to punch a 130 lb man as it is for me to punch a 300 lb man.

Watch the video without sound. The guy used his foot on the window, this does not mean he deserves to get punched in the face repeatedly.

Seeing people get pepper sprayed for kicking the windows does not mean it's okay to hit someone in the face. I could just as easily say pepper spraying in that situation is not permissible as well.

It was assault anyway you look at it. But the dude wasn't hurt or injured. If that cop had broke his nose or broke his jaw, the penalty would have been more severe. But 18 months for that is retarded. I've never known one person who hadn't any prior's go straight to jail for punching someone. ::)

The part in bold is irrelevant. The rightness/wrongness of assault does not depends on whether the one getting hit was hurt or injured. It is morally wrong. Therefore it was not deserved.

You can't kick a cop car window, especially threatening to break the glass. That foot could have easily gone through, it doesn't take much to kick out a window. Just a little pressure in the right spot.
The cop should not have hit him. That was wrong. But idiots like that deserve a smack. It stopped him from kicking and breaking the window, after all. lol

We have bullet proof cop cars and windows over here.

He was tapping it.

Probaly doing it to frustrate the cop who knows. But did NOT deserve it IMO

The intention was there to do harm. Whether he done it or not is irrelevant.

If the cop just gave the guy a quick smack who cares right, but you can't repeatedly hit someone in the fucken face with a close fist like that. Stupid!
