His first vid (the one with the late Gregory Hines in it) had far more intensity---he was hungry.

Marvelous Melvin Anthony. It followed him getting his Pro card back in 99. Had Milos and Shawn Ray giving advice also hs mentor John Brown as well, DJ too (he lost to DJ in 98 in a tie breaker).
He looked his best, although his quad sweep was flat, he came in great condition.
Also, Titus was spotting him when he trained chest---odd how yrs later Titus would sucker punch him.

Yup,that one is pretty damn good.

I got that one on VHS as well as Dexters and Craig Titus when he was training for the USA..................hav en`t watched them in eons.
