No matter how low my bf or how lean I can never get that DRY look?  Does certain carbs make your body retain more water?  Breakfast I do eat two slices of whole wheat toast, but the rest of my carb sources are oats and potatoes mainly.  I drink about two gals of water a day, do sauna a few times a week.  I have a full but watery look, I see guys with that dry look  no matter their size or weight it just looks better to me.  Any advice or tips that may help?  Thanks

great natural athlete right there.

If you are just an avg guy who likes to lift to look good for the ladies then don't worry about being dry. You only need to look dry for bodybuilding contests but that's pretty gay so don't do those. Also it is the diuretics that lead to health problems.
My goal is not an extreme stage dryness just drier than my normal.  Thought if could have something to do with the types of carbs I use.

Yeah, must be the bad "carbs"...  ::) ::)

Maybe you should try to switch from "Lactose Enanthate" to "Glucose Acetate" or "Oatmeal Propionate".  ::) ::) ::)

Looking good Adrian
Thanks.  I see this older guy at the gym I would say around 50 yrs old about 175lbs dude is just Dry holds zero water between skin and muscles can see the fibers and development and conditioning.  There's lots of big guy in the gym but this older dude's look is more impressive in my opinion. Inspired me

Ab rollers, hilarious!  I don't know if this will help you, but I always look the best on white rice, and vegetables for carbs.  Potatoes always make me look watery.  Try it and see, cut your oatmeal to just in the mornings, and white rice the rest of the day.

No!  But not ripped just dryer than what norm for me.  I don't know how to explain it, I've seen guys dryer looking lean but not shredded.

whether someone claims to be natural or not, that's their business and only Lying to themselves. Getbig does not seem to be impressed by those claimed to be "Natural", when the Obvious says otherwise. I know a few guys who are natural and have never seen what steroids look like. I have met these people and testify to this. I don't give a shit whether a guy comes here and says he's Natural or not. if you are natural, Great for you, if you are Roided up, who gives a shit.

Or pure sucrose (no ester!) shots. I think they call it coca cola.

I just love it how he comes here for advice and then acts like he settles for this white rice bullshit, despite he got all the infos he wanted in this thread and already phoned his dealer for some tren ace, aldactone and arimidex.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

He probably got all the drug advice he wanted in this thread and will apply it. He just plays dumb with the carbs bullshit and doesn't admit it, many guys don't like saying they use drugs.
