Why is he resting the weight on his chest when he's not even going that heavy. His midsection is awfully big for a short guy. I love in the end when he is on the incline press machine, he does a rep with a reasonable amount of weight and then puts the pin lower to a weight he obv. can't handle. We can't even see how much you're lifting Alexey, chill out man

I figure he pauses at the bottom to make it harder, not easier.  Note that when he reps continuously, he gets more reps with the same weight, even in subsequent sets. 

His midsection is big for a short guy, though, I agree.
