I think a "guru", as longs it's a knowledgeable, experienced and honest person, can be valuable in the early stage of a "career". Though my gym is a good place to train, it's not a "bodybuilding mecca". They have friendly staff but they are fitness orientated. There are only a handful of serious guys and many beachboys. It sucks, but it's the best gym in my small town.
Serious, I don't understand the fraudish reputation of Sibile, here on GB. I don't know her in person, but she seems a good person to me.
i get it...
about sibil....
it's not the reputation on here... it is that i see her as a fraud..
i know some pro's and top ammies....
this woman does not know anything to wright home about!
these dumbass movies where she has roelly doing some stupid ass movement.....
HORSESHIT!!!!!
she has either money or connections to drugs.. or both...
roelly uses her for that, and she uses roelly for her "personal training" business...
they see roelly and think that she has made that happen lolol!!!
hgh lots of it and slin made that happen, with steroids ofcourse
in netherlands it is sibil this and sibil that.... lol....
i remember when it used to be ruud.... and then mondher... etc etc.....
these "gurus" do not know shit.. one thing they all have in common....
always have acces to legit drugs!!! and can sponsor an "athlete" , as in you get your drugs and pay afterwards in payments...
i always did my own research and experimented on myself what worked best...
that is the way to go....
