Like I say, responsible marijuana use is ok if you're mature and disciplined.  Excessive smoking and smoking before getting shit done (c'mon, smoking as soon as you wake up? ::)) isn't responsible and it will hold you back.

Paranoia, anxiety, instability etc. is what's associated with THC.  Crazy as it sounds, CBD produces the exact opposite of those effects.  That's why people can't understand why sometimes they'll really enjoy smoking and other times they'll dislike it.

So true. excessive smoking turned me into a paranoid emotional lunatic, so I completely stopped cold turkey. Mood swings and anxiety are gone now. You tell that to any lifelong pot smoker and they'll deny it till the end. It messes you up even when your not stoned, but it all depend on your personality.

Yeah, it depends on your personality and what's going on around you, and it's always due to the THC itself.  But a small amount of CBD-influenced intake can really adjust a person's attitude and cause him or her to become very centered and calm minded, the exact opposite of what a dose of THC will do to many people. That's why pharma is deperately trying to copy CBD (so they can sell you an expensive pill, of course  ::)).

Interesting, things are always better in pill form  ::)
