what do you guys do for your skin?

I loved the way my skin looked on gh but I'm off it and Whenever I go on a heavy cycle it ages my skin somewhat, looks really rough. My gf even pointed out it and said I look 30 :D....not good.
Any good moisturizers you guys use? I know one guy at my gym who swears by chemical peels every 6-8 weeks to avoid the "rough" look lots of androgens can give.... :-X But hey if it works :)

Coconut oil works really well.  Even though I just use it once a week but you should do it couple of times a week before bed.

infrequent showering. The more you shower, the drier the skin.

If you are a naturally stinky S.O.B, then I guess yer screwed, blued and tattooed...

my wife uses it so I get her to put it on me in bed, my skin is fucking flawless, amazing.. I love this shit!

also coconut body scrub in shower does wonders

Neutropil or however its spelled. Non comedogenic, no scent, doesn't leave you feeling greasy. It's a moisturizer.

I shower 2-3 times a day and although that's normally bad, I don't give a fuck. I smell great and my skin is fine. Used to break out lots but nothing anymore.

I pop any zits I find with some metal wand my sister in law gave me, dry with rubbing alcohol then use benzyl peroxide or Clindoxyl. I don't let a single zit fuck my shit up anymore.

Well, when I slept bad and my face seems a little puffy. I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
