His back has come up hugely - in the vid his lower insertions have improved - once that water drops off and if he come in peeled he will be Mr O.. the guy is so wide and that frame is the best in pro BB - just needs calfs

The one of his routines from a few years back had calf training in four days of the week, M, Tu, Th, Fr. I don't know if he ever did something like that though.

I saw a vid of him on a calf machine. He made some weird hip hop moves, just like Ronnie did.

about the waist... it is very very simple..... frame! structure.... narrow hips! narrow waist!
when you have a guy like dennis wolf... narrow hips/waist girly like narrow in relation to the rest of him...
now have him take huge amounts of hgh and slin, where do you think the gut will grow?

to the side? no space! no the front a gut!!! which he has! hgh / slin in huge amounts thicken bones a bit overall but do not change your struture and frame.

now take a guy like cutler or branch.. wider waists.... more space to the sides... less of a gut in the front...
look at pregnant woman.... same thing applies...

just because dennis still has a narrow waist does not mean he is on less drugs... they are all on the same level somewhat....
if he let his gut go, as in relaxe his belly.... his gut is ver very noticable...

sure , ronnies arms have a great shape!
that is what you are born with... same as a small waist , narrow waist.
but without drugs ronnie would have beautyfull shaped 16"arms.
so it is ALL DRUGS!!!
wolf his waist is tight on stage, and he knows how to hide the gut.
look at pics on google , also ronnie rockel... tight waist... but has a huge gut, again google.
wolf has an awesome frame and structure.. but no beautyfull shaped muscle bellies....

if you think genetics mean so much why were a lot of mr o's not really gifted according to your idea?
dorian (poor arms), lee haney (poor arms), , hell even cutler (poor arms, wide waist, subpar back)
they took what it takes... and were consistant.
genetics mean good response to drugs and high tolarance to chemicals...
nice frame helps a lot.
nice musclebellies and great lines look great in magazines.... but to be a mr o is really not needed....
