Losers at work self destructing

Any of you let people who are losers at work self destruct ? I mean you let them:

1) Make "fools" of themselves at meetings when you could of "tipped them off" so they wouldn't
2) Let them do things that are wrong, and watch them get in shite
3) Play losers against each other and sit back and watch the amusing outcome

I was kidding around, but actually I'm sort of new, started this february. It's a pretty good level of competence there. Most are specialized at different areas so pretty hard to compare.
