Good post...Without wanting to sound racist, I honestly do think if a true unbiased neurological experiment was conducted, it would be discovered that there's is something in the brain chemistry of blacks that causes them to anger and resort to violence at much higher rates than other races. Time and time again, a black will kill someone over the slightest problem.. I've read incidents where a black teen will murder his friend because he wouldn't give him his turn on a playstation..or he was "dissed"..or something equally ridiculous. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be hardly anyone in the Black Community that wants to talk about it. It's always somehow the white man's fault for the astoundingly high incidents of violent crime and incarceration...Maybe the truth is..a higher natural proclivity towards violence exists in Blacks. Of course, the results of such a study would never see the light of day. We must all pretend that all races have equal temperaments. Of course no one would argue a pitbull acts differently than a poodle.
And I've explained this time and time again, but it seems like many of you don't listen to common sense. It wasn't until the late 60s ro early 70s that black men were seen as "dangerous" or "thuggish", and then they were deemed that...so, they acted out as they were projected to be. And soon hat became part of the stereotype to play out---in the inner cities. Before, especially in the South, black men were seen as "yella" and good lil Negroes...check some of the old vids, like after the Emmit Till verdict, you black men, looking around as they are being interviewed, as if they had to watch what they said, or they were stumbling over their words.
Because black people have allowed others to dictate what they are, instead of dictating who they are themselves, and Baby Boomer Parenting issue (the I do it all by myself female agenda), you have the makings for black men to be over macho about being "dissed"...
Please read what I wrote, and other things on the same issue. It will help you in the future. Thank You.
