Thats mostly 205-210 5'8" of upper body with so so legs and no calves with an extremely puny frame and puny joints, and NOT all drugs and NOT a bodybuilder. Just always lifted heavy went for strength and always liked training as a hobby and built a fair amount of real solid muscle over 12 years. I can maintain 197 with just running creatine and training 4X per week eating 3X a day, but thats it. I look 215-220 after a back or chest workout, but then look 197 without a pump. Thats whats brutal about training without drugs, I only feel great 4X a week after training instead of everyday if I was juiced

its all in the condition ,, conditioned size is the most important thing in bodybuild and most important thing inorder for fellas to know you are bodybuild,, if its not conditioned you dont look like a bodybuild...you look like a fatzo that work out ,, or a fella that is always offseason lol ,,
