as corny as it sounds. whenever i have doubt or generally lack motivation, in anything i do (training, study, diet etc)

i can go back and look at a single pic i have on my phone. makes things really easy

Just thinking about getting in their and tearing the weights up does the trick for me....Other times i just watch a few bodybuilding inspirational vids and that does it

I have a ritual
I take a pre work out, something that gives me a buzz
I then put on short video clips, usually something military or extreme , then something dirty then some thing extreme again.
The whole cocktail usually has me in the right place mentally to work out
In my home gym I have music like Asia or the Cult that keep me going.
I also keep records of what I have done and set my self targets for each work out
