what i really cant stand is these "oldtimers".. that look like shit, dont train and are jsut looking around the gym for younger people to "advise".
then they are just looking around like a hawk to its pray to notice anything they comment on..
then when you do any excersize they have the need to aproach you and provide you with unwanted tips and corrections to your wrong training method
most of the times the enjoy explaining anything to do with barbells or dumbells
of course.. besides the tips and what they think you do wrong they have the primal need to provide you with all kinds of bullshit "warstories" from their past and how they used to do it back in the day when all was better and everybody trained harder..
pfff. I use the tip gh15 gave.. just train hard, wear a cap/hood, look annoyd/upset.. and no-one appraches you ortalks to you so you can just do your routine and gtfo
