good physique bro, not too far out of shape for an off-season that's a great thing.

good arms and legs are ok too, your waist must be small when dieted down

for the back do a lot of pullover with the machine or cable.

like... everyday, at the begginning of every workout

Whats with the pile of hair in the lower left of the 2nd pic?  Did you shave your head in order to send it to a schmoe?

Haha - decent enough physique but there is absolutely no way you are 260lbs at that height.

come on, of course he is bigger than 220

looks about 245 for an off-season weight, about 210-215 without the  bloat

Thanks for the feedback and keep it coming... Obviously back needs work... the weight on the scale is 260 but the fact that it doesnt look that way to any of you guys means I need better conditioned muscle and more of it!  Definitely not making up the weight though...

Stav your feedback is much appreciated... I just started seriously following GH15's protocols which I know you have some experience with... Hows your mutation going btw?

imo doesnt have the genetics to become more then slightly decent = waste of time...
I guess it depends on his goals though. And maby looks better dieted down. because that photo is about as unimpressive as it comes..

This guy is obviously not offseason but this is how potential looks like imo..

you looked better there, but still, whats your goals? your not hoping to turn pro and make a "living" from it or something like that?

its easier to look muscle packed if you are under 5'6 and this guy probably is. The TS looks good but unless he is hidding LOTS of fat and water on his back, I just dont see him anywhere even close to 260lbs, he even looks kinda of ripped but you cant see right because the pics are blurred. And a ripped 5'10 260lbs guy is 240-245lbs onstage and this is fucking pro material if the structure and proportions are right.

I'd definitely like to turn pro... I'm not relying on making a living out of it, but yet again, how many pro's really can make a GOOD living out of it?  I also have only been on gear and training like a bodybuilder for a year and a half.  Again, I have other things going on in my life and don't PLAN on bodybuilding paying the bills with no back up plan, but if it ever got to that point, then great, I'll welcome it with open arms!

I wasnt talking about weight, I was talking about potential, as in structure/genetics :)
