BAM, NO .... that LV contest is not a pro qualifier. It is a state title so it can only qualify its winners for the NPC national contests if it was sanctioned as a National Qualifier and I don't recall if it was sanctioned as a National Qualifier.

You  can only get a MEN'S  IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Card in the USA by placing 1st or 2nd in the 4 or 5 National NPC contests that award Pro Cards but I'll have to call on Chick to bring us up to date on that subject as it could have changed since I was involved.

As far as how Dennis got his Pro Card, I am not aware how he received it but he was apparently a top contender in a foreign country which I believe has different gualification criteria.

Bob would be more qualified to respond to that question. Anyone see him lately?

BAM , WILL, Dennis used to train here in Vegas at Gold's and I saw him frequently and also the day/night he won the amateur LV title.

He is always impressive and almost always two weeks shy of his best.

His formerly unimpressive training partner is now getting national attention and rightfully so due to his impressive gains,

BOMZ was impressed by him and his posing routine a few weeks back, but I have forgotten his name. Sorry bout that.
