been thinking about trying medicial marijuna

at 54, i have not smoked anything in over 30 years. but i keep seeing all of the ads in my little weekly paper, and i have been thinking about trying it. i do get a little stressed sometimes, and it might help me relax. being a weightlifter, will the inhaleing of the smoke jack me up? it would not be much, as im sure the stuff now is very strong. any opions out there.  this is a serious question.
