Back when I was really into bodybuilding and read the mags, articles and all that crap...I once read a story that this guy used to force feed himself on a daily basis to gain mass and once threw up a bunch of liver tablets he force fed himself with, then just rinsed them and swallowed them again. I don't know if its true, but these guys really took it to the extreme.

Ian Harrison's good here, but he lacks too many things. His arms aren't big enough to match his chest. His thighs are too big for his calves. He hits one pose. In that, he looks like a big spider. Next time I see him at the gym I'm going to take his shirt and hide it. I'm going to take everything of his and hide it. Mess his mind up a little bit.

strongly disagree with that. problem with most current bodybuilders is that their chest disappears when doing a double bi. His physique at 19 was more symmetrical, like back in the 80s.

pre gh, pre slin, pre oil arms,,,, thats how most bodybuilders looked on good old gear

if you look at most the 80's guys, only a few had what youd call huge arms, most didnt look that big to there torso's, its only these days where everyone has huge oil/slin/gh arms

he came to our gym once and answered anything u asked him, from what he did as a teen upto the crazy stuff he did with paul borresnson....

ian harrison went onto to be a totaly underated pro, only thing he lacked was calves to match his huge thighs

Harrison had the kind of body that if he was born 10 years later, he would have dominated the pro ranks. I imagine he would have blown the fuck up with insulin/GH and boat loads of synthol. He has tiny joints and although his calves sucked, all one has to do is look at the calves of the 21st century bodybuilder and see anything is possible with oil.
