yes they were very short. but i have tried this..i did very high reps with my feet close together. it really seemed to burn up my outer quads. there might be something to this. alot of pros are doing limited ROM on there  exercises. i think there might be something to time under tension..but i am not completely sold on it...yet

yeah it is bad and i know he is on a ton of juice but it MUST stimulate the muscle for it to grow

nothing to do with weirdo,, you wil be able to see her finaly for what she realy is when not hormonized,, finaly she will be clean and you will beable to see she look like any other americano girl,,she actualy dont look impressive on hormones either for a fitness girl but you will be able to see that she is really nothing  bodywise pretty soon

Branch Warren is everything that is wrong with bodybuilding:
He is a insecure midget into EGO-TRAINING!
Big weight, Big cars,Heavy anabolics intake, a fanatical Christian religiosity is just a confirmation how much Branch is insecure!  
Yes, he train heavy but he would get better result if lowered the weight a bit, performed a better ROM and slowered the pace of the reps in the exercise performed. His joint would thank him, and would not to risk another injury!
But his insecurity does not let him realize this. Branch is in so much drugs now that he can sustain a workout like this, but once he will put down the needles and stop swallowing pills he will realize how bad he wrecked his body!
For now he keep pushing the envelope in the training ,drugs and conditioning and idiots at MD love him for that, but that day he will stop this insanity and his carreer is over, he will be just another Tom Prince!

What part of "I'm going for the strongman/powerlifting" did you miss? Why would I go see a bunch of oiled up drug addicts who don't train? You really want to start this?
