 Not so long time ago a meathead same size of Frank got his ass kicked by Renato "Babalu" in the middle of the gym in front of everybody... ask around.

Because maybe the MMA douche was being a jackass. Maybe not. Hell, I don't know. But if he was, than any real man would happily confront him. Getting beaten in a fight isn't a big deal next to the wounding of your masculinity and pride in NOT standing against some asshole.

There are A LOT of MMA douches at my gym as there is an MMA gym right across the street (Toronto's a big MMA town). Several weeks back one of the tattooed warriors was acting like a dick and I told him so. Could I "take him" in a fight? Who knows? But I wasn't gonna just let his behaviour go.

Grow some balls.
