I might keep doing these for a while, why, because I like doing them, lol!

*Dianabol will not make you fat, that is humanly impossible. There is nothing in or about the Methandrostenolone hormone that promotes fat gain. For crying out loud, its very nature of increasing both protein synthesis and glycogenolysis promotes greater metabolic activity. I'm not saying this is the best cutting steroid of all time or anything close to that, it is primarily a steroid for size, that's true, although I have used it when dieting and actually one of the leanest periods of my life actually included Dbol in the cycle. If you get fat when you're using Dbol it's because you're doing things that make you fat and because Dbol aromatizes heavily you're going to look even fatter.

*PCT: If you run a PCT plan, 3 or 4 weeks or let's say even 6 weeks, your natural testosterone is not back to normal just because you ran this PCT, it takes much longer than that. Yes, you have sped the process up and more or less, for the lack of a better word "Primed" yourself for production but you haven't returned to normal by completing a PCT...again, this is virtually impossible for most human beings.

*PCT: another one on PCT, if you're running cycles most of the year, let's say with short 6wk breaks, running a PCT is a waste of time and absolutely pointless. It accomplishes nothing and only makes things harder on your body. To much up and down. You'd be better off just coming off everything for 6 weeks, take nothing and then starting again.

*If you're using 500mg per wk of testosterone or even as little as 200mg of legit Cypionate and you don't notice at least a bump in energy and well-being, I don't care how poor or a responder you are your gear is crap....quality Cypionate or Enanthate will produce a noticed effect no longer than 4wks....if you've used a few times you'll notice a high quality Cypionate in your system in just a few days. For example, Watson Cypionate or some good Enanthate like Testoviron Depot, you'll notice it in days.

*NPP (Durabolin) and Deca-Durabolin, one is not better than the other in-terms of power and strength...they're virtually the same thing with small exceptions but the same results can come with either one. Just go with preference.

*Using HCG like crazy is not a good idea, you can really screw yourself up with this stuff more than people realize. When you use HCG you're mimicking LH and it's very easy for the body to get accustomed to this fake LH release....remember, no LH means no natural testosterone production. Granted, if you supplement for years there's a good chance you're going to end up on TRT any way but if you use a lot of HCG you can pretty well guarantee it and probably a lot sooner than you would want. If you're using HCG just because you don't like your balls shrinking this is not reason enough to use it....so what, your balls shrank a little bit, it's not like they shriveled up inside of you, it's a little atrophy. IMO, HCG should never be used for more than 4 weeks at a time and there should be at least 4-6wks of no HCG use in-between. But the optimal time to use it is when you're about to come off and come off for a good bit of time. A good 10-14 days of HCG followed by Nolva/Clomid when you're actually ready to take a break is a very good idea and will really speed up recovery.

Do you think its better to do a 6 week break than "cruising" (oh brother  ::)), which seems to be the trend these days?

Do you mean a full blown cycle, then nothing for 6wks and then say a low dose of test or something like that? Trying to understand the question.

No..just an average cycle, 6 weeks off, go back on something (average dose).

I think it depends on the individual and the purpose of use. For example, if you've an off-season bodybuilder and you're on cycle and then come off for a short period before your contest diet and cycle starts this can be a terrible idea. In this case you're much better off staying on a little something before your diet starts. Let's say you've been off-season cycling and you're diet starts in 6wks, then I'd simply run a little Test, maybe 200mg/wk and maybe a little Proviron and if you're running HGH continue it. This is actually one of the only good uses in my book for Proviron.

If this isn't the case, if you're just coming off for a short period of time just to come off then no PCT is needed. Just let your body rest. I wouldn't mess with it.

Think about it, let's say you just completed a cycle of Testosterone-Enanthate or Cypionate, before you start your PCT you'll need to wait 2-3wks to let the exogenous testosterone begin to dissipate. Then you start HCG and Clomid, by the time you finish you're right back on cycle, so as you can see it was a waste of HCG and Clomid. Besides, 6wks is not enough time to fully crash, especially if your cycle ended with long esters. If your cycle ended with short esters then yes, you might start dragging a little bit towards the end, in-fact you probably will but this still doesn't warrant stimulating testosterone production only to slam the door shut again just as it starts to get going. Again, what would be the point and how would this benefit you?

Cool thread. I've been on 250mg of test every week with 400 mg of masteron. I wanted to get very lean. I'm down to 9-10% bf and look pretty good. Just started some dbol yesterday. 20mg ed for the first week then I will bump it up. If I continue to stay lean I will bump test up to 500mg. I have a problem with bloat and do not like to use AIs.

HOW HIGH OF A DOSAGE OF TEST HAVE YOU RUN, AND WHAT POINT/DOSAGE DID U SEE SOME WATER WEIGHT COME IN AT AN UNWANTED RATE?

At 500mg ew I start to get estro sides. I notice I bloat in the face and under my chin. My midsection bloats some to.

I know man it's a fine line for me. I notice a lot more attention when I'm leaner in the face. I bloat in my lower back to. I have aromasin I just don't like using it.

I understand, I've been there myself. But words and attitude are everything....for those that doubt this go to the mall and sit on a bench for 15min and watch and see how many of the finest women on earth walk by with some of the sloppiest men on the planet. Yes, some of these men get the girl because they have a butt ass load of money but that's not the majority...the majority don't have any money and since the guy is fat or at least sloppy (I'm not saying obese) words and attitude are all that's left.

Personally and I wasn't always like this, I definitely wasn't as a teenager or in my early 20's, lean face or puffy face my confidence doesn't really change. I actually think I'm pretty freakin fantastic and I make sure they know it....whether I actually am doesn't matter, as long as I believe it and make them believe it too then it's game over.

I'm shy so I feel like my looks is usually my entrance into talking with woman. I get noticed at bars and girls come and talk with me. I'm the leanest I've been in years and this last weekend was awesome for me. I went out with few of my friends and had 4-5 different girls come over to me and talk for a long time. I wore a real nice shirt that was a little tight on the arms and they loved it.

 i'm on trt mostly (i'm 46 y/o), tho ocassionally i'll run a cycle, lately i've ramped the test up to 500mgs e5d, i use 12.5 aromasin e/d and 25mgs of proviron. i use hcg at 1000iu e5d, i do this as, like you mentioned, i like to have fuller balls (it's for aesthetic reasons and, if i'm honest, i prefer to actually see something when i ejaculate, as does my g/f - sorry to be graphic!).
 i've done my reading on hcg and it looks like very large hits of it are dangerous (10,000iu up etc), and a 1000iu e5/d protocol is pretty much safe.
 
any thoughts on this arnold??

500iu e5d is generally enough to keep your balls full and a lot of the time 300iu is all you need if you're following on cycle use....1,000iu is overkill IMO and playing with fire...of course I don't like continuous use of HCG during the cycle at any dose for the LH reasons I mentioned above.

Besides, it's not like your balls shrivel up inside of you when you cycle and a little atrophy shouldn't affect you negatively in anyway, if it does something is wrong in that persons world.

i never actually thought of why i was doing a PCT if i was only waiting 8 weeks in between cycles.
it makes sense to avoid the roller coaster of BS with flucuating hormones, especially clomid.
its fun to bust huge loads but ive been overly emotional and snappy lately
i have noticed some gyno while shooting 500iu hcg/12.5iu hmg eod
from now on im only doing a pct if waiting at least 10 weeks between cycles
save a lot of money too

doesnt gh15 not recommend pct?

He's not the only one that's said that, there's been several and that's why I added it to the list. People often blame other things when they get fat and Dbol is an easy one to blame because of the bloat it can cause if you're not careful but if you're getting fat using Dbol it's because you're getting fat and being an idiot.

anything highly estrogenic can indirectly cause fat gain as fat cells receptors are very responsive to estro.

He never said it makes you fat, it just makes you think you're fatter due to the water weight.
