Silvio Samuel arrested again - July 19

Shawn Ray loves to talk about his best friend....


IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Silvio Samuel was taken into Custody today for additional Charges involving his former, Live In Girlfriend.  Apparently some "Terrorist Threats" were made regarding the status of Silvio going back to jail to a friend of the Victim who's PA brought to the attention of the Judge during a Bail Review Hearing Today.

The Judge Added an additional charge and raised Bail to:

$250,000.00 and remanded Silvio into Custody of the Riverside County Jail.

Next bail Review Hearing is set for Thursday, July 25th in Riverside County.

"Terrorist Threats" is the biggest bunch of bullshit...in some states there used to be a 'Assault by threat" which was thrown out due to issues of freedom of speak...

Other than that, the dumbass should keep his mouth closed, Oh well no Tijuana Show for him

Bullshit charges---and most prolly get thrown out. Imagine two guys "menacing" one another outside of a club, then one wants to file charges---because he is scared...
Some states a ruled, that according to the 1st amendment, you do have the right to say such things...people say stuff like that all the time...one of the reasons why it takes so long foe cases to go thru the judicial system is because you have bullshit charges like menacing, terrorist threats, etc, clogging up the dockets. Meanwhile the atty for the defendant in a domestic violence case files a motion for a postponement---again.

Bullshit charges but nonetheless taken seriously
I got arrested for same thing last month
Complete bollocks
They call it public order threatening and abusive behaviour here
Charges were since dropped wen cops found out the full story
