I guess it  depends on your definition of "millionaire"... disposable income, ready cash, total worth...I wouldnt consider myself a bona fide Millionaire" unless I had a million dollars "extra" sitting around....

We bought pretty much the best we could...of course it fell slightly more, but we ended up refinancing when it dropped to 4.8 anyway....no state tax doesnt hurt the cause, either
