Thing about Groink, is that you can tell from his bone structure and general genetics that juice or no, he was gonna be big. Reminds me of my fathers build, but Groink is bigger of course, cause all my dad did was buck bails and farm his whole late teens early 20's.

Everyone flipping about juice has to realize that even if he was lying before, its his perogative to keep it hidden if he wants. Some people forget that those who give up anonymity face social ramifications of what they say and do on here.

Fact is , dude is/was pretty big before (on juice or not), and now he's a fucking huge gym rat. Props are due either way.

well put. And the other big dudes here respect him whereas most of his flamers are internet weirdos who probably dont even work out. Also, he used to only post tank top pics and he could very well be one of those "I could get ripped If I wanted" bs THOUSAND guys but he went ahead and actually did something to accomplish it and actually succeeded.


and btw the legion of flamers he have here is somewhat his fault too, he is always feeding those trolls, engangig in endless discussions and stuff so he probably likes it a lot  ;D

I know better than to beliebe anything that I hear either on the boards or IRL because everybody lies.

So like I said more than once already, I just give comments on the physiques I  see and I don't give a shit about the natural/not natural/just began using/ small dose/ mega doses status.

Groink has a great built for everyday life and even for the stage maybe but we can't say that yet because we never saw actual poses.  but he looks much better lean that's for sure
