Seems to be pretty consistant. I can't see him putting on much more size though. How does milos get a guy like that to gain 40 pounds. I have tried researching his insulin protocol not for myself just for the hell of it. Anyone know anything about it?

Insulin 20IU before training. Train twice per day. 1IU GH per KG of bodyweight per week, or as much as you can afford. That's pretty much it.

Can slin be used with hgh. If you eat pretty clean? I tried short acting slin for a week or two didn't really know what I was doing. I did get some sick pumps though.

I don't know about that, I've seen him train many times in the past, he puts in alot of effort from what I've seen and he's pretty damn strong.

yeah I didn't mean that he doesn't train hard, don't know him. It's just that the individual parts aren't very impressive, for a pro, but when he's onstage it's still impressive and sometimes dominant in a way. And of course that freak factor, making the less than perfect muscle bellies full, hard, vascular etc, is very drug dependent. All pros are drug dependent but some appear more so, if that makes sense.

I think someone like Namat with the same budget could be much better. Now I know nothing of Hide's money situation but I suspect he isn't hurting and needing to clean people's houses or whatever.

Those pics just aren't very impressive.
