Well, both of my grandmothers are dead and my brother is too chicken shit to be a Vet... but hey, if your grits and watermelon are that important... go for it.

PS... I do see a tall black man, but there's lots of them out here too, so it may or may not be Bynum.

If they have it... issue the guy a ticket or something. Oh wait... It's not an actual illegal offense. It's a private parking lot and there's nothing a cop can do unless you are driving recklessly or not stopping at a stop sign.
