Why the heck has the sport gone backwards?

Would it really be so tough for guys to get in shape like this nearly 20 years later???

Because of:
1- To much insulina causes intramuscular fat. Not between the muscle and the skin, but INSIDE the muscle, this is what you need to learn.
2- GH causes thickening of the skin

All blow up muscle from inside

gh15, is there a conservative amount of insulin to use? A right amount to where you only get the positive without the negative which is this intramuscular fat?

yes,, it changes from person to person depending on lean muscle to begin with before insulina,, and also paralel dependent to gh usage ,, it is a lot to do with your structure,, alot to do with your response ,,but yes

I will be sending you a pm in about 6 weeks once I am lean enough to see if I got what it takes to go far in this bb game, I feel I do, I will get shit for this from getbiggers lol, but I do feel I have Zane, Levrone, Haney like proportions in terms of shoulder to waist ratios, small bone structure etc. I want to bring back the 80's and 90's, fuck this current state.

You can put the blame squarely on the judges shoulders.

They didn't, and still don't, have the presence of mind to follow the judging criteria nor the traditions of bodybuilding. You can't blame the competitors for being stupid enough to do what it takes to win. But the judges can control what is required to win. They are the ones who have the power to award places according to proportion, conditioning and presence.

Instead, they don't. They award places on how much a man can look like pregnant sauropod.

Milos' only flaw was in arm size.

Aside from that, he looked great.
