everything considered above here he looks good,trains probably as hard as ever ,due to age and not using like his prime his body is giving half back ,thats not a bad thing and as long as he'e not posing head to head with his crew lewis,alvisi,he's still ok in my book.rich was a jersey boy through and through and trained with and competed to beat haney at 21 to 25 yrs old in his prime,haney's genetics by birth were vastly superior to rich's but the dragonslayer tried and tried.even at 19 you could see his arm's have short bi's and waist a bit wide his structure now is back to square one like when he was young but less fullness to muscle due to age ,even all that he still looks better than say stallone over all.dude was a legend and haney,ray,christian,demey,all either had better structure,shape,but no of them could match his hardness,condition,desire.it's probably what did him in.
