:)

I'm wondering why aged guys loose their triceps almost completely. Arnold, Franco, Gunter and Ronnie are other examples of this.

al of them had relative short triceps to begin with... heavy training , age, tearing muscles, that will do that.

Most older guys lose legs first, keep biceps and pecs longer. Guess it didn't go that way for Gaspari..

look at the pic above... you can already see the weird biceps....
also heavy training.... to heavy... is what damages the body....
toney freeman, vince taylor, beckles, robbie robinson... all kept there proportions as they were.. just got smaller...
all were not heavy trainers.... i mean heavy .. like coleman..

Pec implants without a doubt. Man it must feel weird to have that foreign material there.

This guy came the furthest with the worst structure/genetics. Three times 2nd place at the Olympia... amazing.  :o

his best was in '88 where he got second to lee...
berry was better but got shafted at 3rd.
rich weighed 209 so that is about 95 kilos....

over 100 kilos.. lol! dude is a midget like you.... 95 kilos is huge especially at that time...

88s form was not his best. He sacrified too much muscle and he was way bigger in 87.
If you call 171cm is a midget, I am a midget.
Bruce Lee was 171cm.

I don't think his genetics were that bad actually.

Of course, he is so narrow shouldered that he makes Phil Heath look like Markus Ruhl, but apart from that he had full muscle bellies and very thin skin.

small arms too.

He kinda look like Hidetada the more I think about it, exept Hidetada is wider

All pros have good genetics but compared to some of the others, many of whom never even went pro, his sucked. I remember, as a kid, reading that he was prepared to die for an O title. And he was probably serious. :D

I really think he milked his genetics for all they were worth, maybe more than anyone ever.

Look at the pic Disgusted posted. You can see the edges of the implants. It doesn't look normal in any of the other pics either, the "pec" hangs way too low among other things. I'm 100% sure.

Nothing impressive about that, I know a guy who goes by the name Singerman who was willing to die to get 13th place at a local show

In China 1.71m isn't a midget at all, it's above average. Not everybody can be a tall Swede or a huge Dutchman like us..

WOW.. alot of negativity lol..  i think the guy looks good for just trying to get back into shape.. he does need to "fillout" a bit.. a bit stringy.. but overall most on this board will kill to look like him at his age and the gym battles he went through..

lol.. fill out? dude tore every muscle in his body....he is worn out!
is in great shape for his age yes... but has an ugly worn out body.
not everybody ages the same, and he is very injured as in tore a lot of muscles.
agreed a lot of negativity.. dude at least keeps himself in shape...
but a better example will be lee labrada... he looks very very good! same shape as when he was younger, just smaller....
