Many suspicions have arose that since political leaders were to visit this camp, and the fact that the gun man had planned this carefully and in such a close accordance to the bombing, this is part of the terrorism.

The witness was saying there were kids floating in the water, apparently the guy was a tall blonde guy dressed in cops uniform, some talk of a russian/eastern european accent, he had a glock, shotgun and automatic rifle and bulletproof vest. The witness said he told the kids to come over to him and then executed them... not confirmed yet
