This, there is clearely something underlying there, related to knowing arnold fathered another child just at the same time maria gave birth to cristopher.

Causes, consequences. Christopher s obesity is just a symptom of not being loved by his father and the underlying, hidden nasty things that happened during his conception, childhood and now adolescence. Poor kid is getting all the harm fullforce.

Seems like patrick and the sisters have been more protected for some reasons.
