hey guys just looking 4 some helpful info b4 i run my cycle...always like 2 plan n prepare ahead of time with my diet, gear used n training so everything can run smoothly...ive done numerous cycles throughout the yrs, but never fully acheieved the results i sought after, mainly due 2 my inexperience, but from my mistakes ive learned...im currently 6'0, 190lbs n bf% unknown...ive been clean now for the past 1yr 1/2 n so ive decided 2 start from scratch n keep it simple:
wks 1-12 test enanthate 500mg/w
wks 1-11 equipose 300mg/w
pct:
hcg 2500iu/eod 16 days
clomid 50mg x 2/day 30 days
nolvadex 20mg/day 45 days
